I grew up in Queens, NY, and I’ve spent my career code-switching as a discipline, not just an instinct — moving fluidly between languages, cultures, and institutions, from Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood, Europe, and Oaxaca to Milwaukee. That’s the niche: I help institutions build content and campaigns that actually land with bicultural audiences, because I’ve spent my life inside those communities, not observing them from the outside.

My background spans cultural institutions, community organizations, and creative ventures — and what connects all of it is the same thing: I build the systems, the language, and the editorial vision that help organizations actually connect with their audiences. I do my best work collaborating — thinking through strategy with a team, shaping a creative direction together, and then executing it with real care.

Before this consulting practice, I founded and ran Lodge by Design Co., a design-driven hospitality venture, where I led brand voice and content across web, social, and built bilingual guest information systems for a Chicago-based property management company — this is where I started thinking about cross-cultural, systems-first thinking that shows up in every engagement.
