Mi nombre es Pamela. I grew up in Queens, NYC, with time since in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood, Mexico City, Oaxaca, and Europe, before landing in Milwaukee. That’s shaped how I help institutions connect with bicultural audiences: not from the outside looking in, but from having lived inside those communities myself.

Before this consulting practice, I founded and ran Lodge by Design Co., a design-driven hospitality venture, where I led brand voice and content across web and social, and built bilingual guest information systems for a Chicago-based property management company, this is where I started developing the cross-cultural, systems-first approach that shows up in every engagement.
