Graver Solutions

Role

My role was to develop a low-fidelity prototype to show quick access solutions for Graver’s top clients.

Solution

This solution created in Figma, was designed to increased productivity and driven more traffic to sign-up for their new e-newsletter.

Project Overview

For this UX project, the client provided a design brief via Loom, in which they explained their desire to improve access to particular parts of their website used mainly by their clients. They asked me to provide a low-fidelity prototype and wanted to drive traffic to their new e-newsletter.

Problem

Graver’s larger clients, such as their distributors, needed to find links that were difficult to locate unless you already knew where you were looking. These clients wanted to add another button to an already content-heavy header of an e-newsletter that collects emails.

Paper Wireframes

As I quickly sketched wireframes based on the personas already provided by the client, I realized that all three personas visit the same four links to get what they need. This information allowed me to quickly rearrange the header and change the flow to create direct access on the home page.
